SELVATICO Wine Information
Selvatico is our Italian variety blended white. Anchored by Tocai Friulano, the Northeast's indigenous vine, major contributions are also made by Peverella from the Trentino area, and Forastera, from the island of Ischia in the Bay of Naples. Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc may also be used. Confirmed Selvatico drinkers appreciate its affinity with spicy foods.
